Filament Creation
Here is a short video illustrating how bottles are turned into filament. They are stripped and fed into our machine, where the plastic is melted and extruded. Our process allows all forms of PET to be recycled: thinner bottles will be stripped thicker and thicker bottles will be stripped thinner, allowing for identical filament characteristics.
Clean-up Tools
Bag Holder
Our bag holder is able to hold 20+ lbs of trash. It secures the trash bag in place, keeping it open. This allows volunteers to hold the bag open in one hand and the trash picker in another, increasing efficiency and making the process less frustrating.
Trash Picker
Our trash picker operates without any additional materials or mechanisms – it is 100% 3D printed! It's 30 inches long and can easily pick up items ranging from water bottles to plastic bags.
